Torte: cakes is offering Vouchers for sale, just for this Christmas season!

Get them as Christmas presents for your loved ones!

Available in $5, $10 and $50 denominations.

Available electronically (e-Vouchers) and in hard-copy.

You may request your hard-copy vouchers to be sent via postage to a friend's address as a gift, or to include a personalized message on the voucher. Send in your requests and we will do our best!

Please note e-Vouchers are sent via e-mail. Hard-copy vouchers are sent via postage. Postage cost to be borne by customer (flat rate cost of 26cents in total). Each voucher comes with a randomly issued number which can only be used once. Vouchers can be used for any item in torte: cakes. Vouchers are valid for a month from date of issue.

1) How do I order/make enquiries?

2) How do I collect my items?

Items are sent through post. No meet-ups.

3) Do prices include postage?

No, prices do not include postage. $1.50 for normal postage, and an additional $2.25 on top of normal postage for registered postage.

4) How long does delivery take?
Overall, ~2 - 3 days. Item is posted out after payment. You will be informed when the item is posted.

5) How do I make payment?

You can pay by transferring money to a POSB Savings Account which will be given upon confirmation.

6) How long can I hold on to the item after confirmation?

24-hours. After which the item will be up for grabs by others. Leave an email if you'd like to be on the waiting list for a reserved item. Please read T&Cs below before confirming your order.

7) Do you do swaps?
No.

8) I am concerned about the quality of items.

You have every right to be. Do email to ask for more information about the items if you have queries.

Terms & Conditions

Do note that upon confirming your order, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following:

1) Upon an order confirmation, the piece will be reserved for you for 24 hours, or for an agreed upon period. Items not paid for within 24 hours, or the agreed upon period, will be available for sale or given to the next person on the waiting list, without further notification.

2) All sold items are not refundable or exchangeable. All items are checked for defects before posting. Any known defects will be made known before purchase.

3) torte: cakes will not be responsible for any loss of packages through post.

4) torte: cakes reserves the right to amend Terms & Conditions at any given time.
